Paulien and Philippe had an unforgettable summer wedding. Despite two previous postponements due to Covid, the day turned out exactly as they had envisioned. It became even more special because Paulien, after years of delay of the wedding, was 36 weeks pregnant on their wedding day! This added an extra dose of excitement, but the day was even more beautiful than Paulien could have imagined.
As a fine art wedding photographer, I primarily work with natural light. So when we are blessed with such a gorgeous summer day, I seize that opportunity wholeheartedly. In between the courses of their dinner, I took the bride and groom outside to enjoy the Golden Hour. The warm light of the final hour before sunset was the perfect ending before they embarked on their first dance. My Contax film camera worked overtime, and I used extra rolls of film to capture as much as possible in analog. I supplemented the faster moments with my digital cameras to be able to tell the complete story.
The team at La Sensa had meticulously prepared everything, leaving the couple with no worries. That’s why I always recommend working with an experienced wedding planner who can bring your vision to life. This ensures that you can enjoy the entire day without any concerns. Furthermore, it can be a significant advantage when capturing the most precious moments!

Kind words

We truly enjoyed the entire day and we're so glad we went through with everything. The fact that you captured it so beautifully on camera makes it even better!
